Relaxing massage
A smooth gentle treatment to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and assist relaxation

Deep tissue massage
This might be appropriate where a particular muscle or combination of muscles are very tight, fibrotic or injured. It would consist of a series of massages spread over a number of weeks. Helps with deeper tissue injuries (including scar tissue) and waste removal thereby leaving the muscle tissues healthier for longer.

Remedial massage
A form of kneading massage targeting strained or pulled muscles, tendons and ligaments. Helps with circulation, tissue and aids body movement.

Myofascial release
Helps relax the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles giving more movement. Releases tension whilst not specifically working your muscles.

Fibromyalgia massage
Fibromyalgia causes widespread muscle pain and tenderness, sometimes associated with stress. Symptoms may be relieved by massage specifically directed at the areas of concern.

Hot-stone massage
Good for relaxation, stress and pain relief, using gentle strokes with hot stones (basalt) – the heat providing additional benefits to the basic massage therapy.
